Jack’d began life in 2011 at Cornell University as a location-based mobile app for gay, bisexual, and curious guys to meet other guys anywhere, anytime. Today, we’re a global network of 1.2 million guys spanning 2,000 cities in 180 countries.
Jack’d believes everyone should be proud of who they are and where they come from.
If you like him tell him. If you don’t like how that feels, say so. Girl, if you like short shorts, wear them.
These are things that make our community different. We know how to stand up and tell it like it is – to stick up for ourselves.
Our straight friends remark how easy it is for us to meet strangers in strange places for coffee or whatever. A community of strangers, yes, but with a common bond and common desire. We’re strangers who look different on the outside but have the same stories on the inside. We’re proud of what makes us different and what makes us the same.
Jack’d believes that technology goes further when it brings us closer. That’s what Jack’d is all about. Bringing people closer together on the most diverse gay app in the App store.
